Leadership Development - Leadership development traditionally is aimed at individuals who want to advance their career. But is that aspiration, by itself, enough to make a true leader who can change lives? For example, let's take someone we all know about who made a difference in the lives of millions, South Africa's Nelson Mandela. He didn't just open the newspaper classifieds one day and see an opening for leading his people out the Apartheid system. He didn't say to his wife, "I'm going to start a new career because we need more money."
People Who Make a Difference - What people make a difference in your life?
The following is the philosophy of Charles Schultz, the creator of the "Peanuts" comic strip. You don't have to actually answer the questions. Just read the text straight through, and you'll get the point.
1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world.
2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners.
3. Name the last five winners of the Miss America title.
4. Name ten people who have won either the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize.
5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor and actress.
6. Name the last decade's worth of World Series winners.

The Powerful Leader - A new type of leadership is making its presence felt--a leadership with a vision of unity, compassion, and principles. The new leader, to be most effective, must be in alignment with the higher vibrational energy. The impossibility of what Mahatma Gandhi did without weapons or violence--throwing the British Empire out of India, is a model, as is the achievement of Nelson Mandela in abolishing the apartheid system of South Africa. A new motto emerges: only the impossible is divine.
