Strontium -- Preventing and
Reversing Osteoporosis

"Can strontium prevent osteoporosis?" That was a question I was asked yesterday. And the answer is a resounding yes. Not only can it prevent it, it can reverse it. This abundanat mineral builds bone density. It doesn't just slow down the loss of bone density, it creates it. It's safe, its natural. There are no known side-effects. The people in the world that are losing bone density and developing osteoporosis are doing so unnecessarily.

Power

To explore how we can increase power in our lives I want to revisit a quote from Rumi: "Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." These few words hold one of the greatest keys to unlocking the power that is within all of us: "Find all the barriers within yourself." Except for the barriers within, we are all the same. Each of us is part of an infinite shoreless ocean of consciousnenss. Each one of us is host to that same power that flows through the entire universe. It's our connection to the infinite. The only difference between the homeless derelict on skid row and the spiritual master of infinite consciousness is this: The master has no barriers erected within that block the power that radiates from him.

The Subconscious -- Key to Successful Life

The subconscious is the source of all great works of art – paintings, writings, music, architecture and scientific breakthroughs. What would have been ordinary becomes extraordinary when thought is transcended, when a connection is made with the infinite intelligence that pervades all of creation. Works of genius always stem from the subconscious, as does all effortlessness. And the reason why is that the subconscious is our connection to the unlimited, the Divine, the source of all light and beauty.

Negativity -- Shining Some Light On It

I woke up this morning in a state of negativity. Knowing this was not conducive to anything but unhappiness, I wanted to transcend it, quickly. But how? A man who focuses on his weaknesses is prone to stay weak. A man who focuses on his negative mental attitude, even if he wishes to rid himself of it, will stay stuck in it. This is the principle of like attracts like.

Ideals -- Moving Forward with Freedom

Journeys inspired by ideals are assured of success. But so many journeys are nothing but aimless wanderings. Some of us have a map. Some of us don’t. Some of us make progress towards our destination everyday. Some us seem to forever be diverged from where it is we want to go. What creates this difference? It’s simple: Every purpose under the sun, and the goal of every journey, can best be realized by an application of spiritual law. The primary requisite of spiritual law is to be connected to the source, which assures the steady influx of the infinite energies of the universal mind. Just as a computer will be of no avail to the greatest of computer minds if it is not connected to a power source, so it is with applying spiritual laws. Even the greatest metaphysician will make no progress if he is not connected to the source of power, the source of being. Sever a flower from its root and it will wither.

The Choice of a Word

The choice of a word enveloping a thought can determine the tenor of a person’s life. Whatever the purpose and whatever the form -- written, spoken, or silent – thoughts, as words, leave their impressions on the mind. And in so doing, they become the primary force in the shaping of our lives.

Addictive Demands

I don’t know of anybody who is entirely free of addictions. Sure, not everyone drinks or smokes or does drugs. Those are just the obvious ones. But there are millions more. They take the form of demands. You might want to call them addictive demands. Let me describe what I mean by an addictive demand. They are anything that your happiness or poise depends upon. For example, some people get emotionally upset if their sports team loses. Their day gets ruined. That is an addictive demand. People who get distraught if it rains have an emotional addictive demand. An addictive demand creates pain and suffering when it comes into conflict with what is.

Making Money

One of my favorite quotations in regards to making money comes from Ralph Waldo Emerson: "The gain is apparent; the tax is certain." In the modern society this truth is more applicable than ever. I don’t think there has ever been a time when so much of mankind is hyper-focused on acquiring money. Look on the internet and you will see adds galore on how to make money, how to be a millionaire, how to have so much wealth that your friends will be envious. Go to Google and type in Make Money Online and you will see 19,300,000 web pages devoted to helping you do that.

Source of Being -- The Source of Power

The conscious connection to the source of being – God, the Divine Beloved, Infinite Intelligence -- is the pathway to passion, conviction, and inspiration. This all-pervading energy is the source of intuition, insight and illumination. To the degree that we are conscious of this energy determines our depth of perception and expression of it. The consciousness we have of the all pervading is the determinant of our power in the outer world. Infinite Power is the expression of Infinite Consciousness. Great power is the expression of great consciousness. Lesser power is the expression of lesser consciousness.

Balance of Life

The balance of life is crucial to holistic personal development. I learned of its importance sitting on a hill in India late at night, many January’s ago, listening to a very special soul reflect on the purpose and meaning of life. He was asked, “How do we balance the material and spiritual aspects of life?” And then this man, whose name was Eruch Jessawala, the embodiment of simplicity, said with his gentle voice: “Plan your material life as if you are going to live a thousand years. And live your spiritual life as if you are not going to live to see the sun rise in the morning.”

Intuition -- How to Cultivate It

Intuition is a product of consciousness. As such, it is a way of perception that is beyond the mind. It is closely allayed with feelings. And yet it goes beyond feelings. It is a way of seeing that is activated when we are attuned to our inner essence. The mind, with its rational thought, lives through the ego and attachments, of good and bad as it relates to the self- interest of the ego. Intuition, on the other hand, is a faculty activated when one is free of the filters of the mind and ego. It is objective and it sees the whole.

The Deeper Problem

Forget about the symptom. Focus instead on the deeper problem. It makes no difference whether your problem is an addiction, an inferiority complex, an anger issue, financial predicament, or even procrastination, the issue cannot be resolved until you understand and tackle the deeper problem. The problem is unconsciousness, a disconnection from the source of being.
